If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

We had a word with bank and they are certain that no transaction came to them with that reference number in recent past. We can show our bank statement & passbook copy for your reference but i highly doubt they will state on bank stamp head.

We cross checked with Bank as well and it's not yet came . And how come for all transactions reference numbers are same ? Also this reference ID got generated when we did payment while ordering . Could you please explain and let me know. This is matter of *****/- bucks Please treat it on priority basis.
