Fashion garments - Money not refund

I have to buy a ** nos of window curtains in fashion garments, kottembarm. This curtain items looks in day light it's not fair and not to suit with my newly build house. The next day item hand over the fashon garments. They says that next week new batch curtains are available our firm so you wait to one week . After one week they says your item not deliver our firm. So our policy ,ones buy a goods, it's good or bad not to refund money ,.they says you can perchase any other goods in this money. So I kindly request to take necessary action to refund my money
