Elevator Maintenance Company India Private Limited - Money not refund

I havr got call from naukri and sent message to register for job interview. After registering asked to pay rs ** through their link naukri pro carrier. Once i paid rs ** i got message from bank as rs ***** deducted from my account. And they asked otp again then again deducted ****. They told due to server error money deducted and wipl refund within ** hrs , but still money not refunded. Pls help in this issue. Got call from number ********** . name as saroja. Called from noida. I had evidence of transaction and their message link.
