Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation - Money not received

I booked the Tamil Nadu state corporation bus on **th Feb **** from Bangalore to Karur. Before my journey, I got a call from s.e.t.c staff and he informed me that the bus was cancelled and had not given me any proper update and did not arrange any other alternative bus and no responsible information provided. I can't cancel the ticket online, I tried calling the toll free number but it is not working, I sent emails to Tamilnadu state corporation official email id on **th Feb still there is no response and I did not receive my money. My time and money have been wasted as I missed many appointments on that day. Because of this, I suffered a lot mentally. Could you please help me in refunding my money.
