Sebi Pacl - Money Not Received

We invested RS *****/- in PACL in ****. We already filled the online claim form. It was not showing any status fore more than * years. Now recently it shows status as Certificate uploaded is illegible. To correct this error there is no option of edit. Only a few investors are getting this option. Even customer care no. Is not working. So please help us. My Certificate Nos are U********* and U*********. Name Vasantha Venkata Nagesh. Kindly do help in this matter.
