Orocorp technologies limited - Money not received by merchant but payment from my end is successful

Made a transaction on *th of June, I have made multi tickets raised against phone pe to resolve my problem but they are very lethargic and asking me to wait for a month but one thing they are not able to understand is that my loan is due on **th and i needed this to be sorted by today. It's been almost *, weeks and there is no update from them.
