I have booked a train ticket through my pazapp (HDFC bank credit card) in IRCTC. The amount is deducted from my account but I have not received any ticket. When I complain to irctc they said: "irctc has not received any amount from bank account". When I complain to hdfc bank they said "transaction is a successful" consult to irctc or consults any HDFC bank customer grievances team. When I gave complaint they did not respond.
