Astropay - Money not credited
NGORU BENNY HOPE filed complaint against Astropay on Sep 1, 2023
Initiated a deposit on betway India through astropay of amount Rs. ***. Since Astropay has a UPI transaction I chose UPI and transacted the amount through google pay on their payment portal provided by them. The transaction was successful on gpay under the payee name called CHAINCAME PRIVATE LIMITED. Though the transaction was successful from my end, the amount never got reflected on my astropay account. Been trying to contact customer support but all I get is automated email replies. It has been * days since my money got debited through astropay.
