Bidforx - Money not credited to my account

My husband is currently working in Mexico and he sent money to me (wife) through Bidforx but the money is not credited till now. They don't have a proper customer care number. We contacted them through mail, whatzapp, twitter, telegram but no proper response from them.

Bidforx – Amount not credited to account Open
