One credit card - Money not credited into credit card account

Kunwar veer singh filed complaint against One credit card on Aug 21, 2022

I have one credit card. I made a payment of Rs **,*** from Icici bank account to one credit card account. Similar payments are done very month from the account every month. The payment was done on **th August **** and till now it has not been credited into the credit card account. ICICI Bank says that the transaction is received by the beneficiary and one credit card not sharing any details are saying they have not received any payment. Shared all the details with both the bank and company and neither helping or supporting. Due date of card is in * days. Please help
