Paytm.com - Money not added to paytm wallet

I made a add of money to wallet of paytm Rs *** using Google Tez app on **th February,**** money is debited from my bank account not added to paytm wallet and in Tez app it is showing Decline . now where is my money. I want to return my money .I also raised a complain to Google Tez and Paytm but they both deney to Refund they both saying its not my fault.And also History of Passbook is deleted by Paytm
