Astropay - Money not added in the Astropay wallet

Hi,
I tried to add *K rupees through UPI in Astropay. Money got debited but it's not added in my wallet. I tried reaching out Astropay support through email, twitter, insta and ... No proper response. It has been more than ** days. Even i mailed their CEO and some folks working in Astropay.

I never seen such a worst support ever in my life.
