Skrill Application - Money lost

I got a deal from my Instagram to make logo for $***. He says he will pay through Skrill app and so I will get ready. He sent me $** in advance. Skrill emailed us that first you have to verify it with $*** more, than he sent me $*** more. Then again Skrill emailed us that you have to first pay back that person $*** back. Then I paid back and sent screenshot to Skrill, then again Skrill emailed me that first you have to give us VAT tax of $*** then we will release your payment. Then I email Skrill that I have only $**, then he said ok send us $**, we will release your payment. Now he is saying that you have to pay full then we will release it.. He is such a big lier..
