Ustat Trading LLP - Money loss

I tried to order AASK Women's elegant belted pleated flounce sleeve long dress red color on Dec **th, *:** p. m. Money got transacted from my account but the order is not placed. I didn't receive a refund till **th Dec. I tried ordering the same product on ** th Dec, *:** p.m, as I need to get the product faster. Today also the money got transacted but order is not placed. In total I lost *** rs and need a refund as soon as possible.I am also not able to attach evidence in the given space. I would mail it if needed.
