On December *, ****, I attempted a transaction through the Mobikwik platform for an amount of ***** INR. Unfortunately, the transaction was declined, and subsequently, my SBI card was blocked by the SBI card team on suspicion of fraudulent activity. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue with both SBI and Mobikwik, I have encountered significant obstacles and delays, leaving me in a dire situation.
I have diligently followed all necessary procedures, including contacting SBI's customer care, sending emails, and even visiting the Dhanori branch in person. However, to my dismay, I have received either no response, unsatisfactory responses, or no action has been taken to address my concerns. This lack of responsiveness and commitment to customer service from both SBI and Mobikwik has left me deeply frustrated .
Due to the subsequent disabling of my Mobikwik wallet, I am unable to access funds that rightfully belong to me. This has had a direct impact on my ability to make essential payments, including covering the cost of my mother's surgery, which I have been forced to finance through alternative means.I have exhausted all available avenues for resolution with SBI and Mobikwik, yet my issue remains unresolved even after nearly three months.
