Habitat care - Money is not returned

I am ** yrs old middle class boy who has big dreams. Recently I thought of starting a door step car wash business. *-* days later I got a call from Habitat Care company located in Noida. They offered me their franchise. I was very happy to get a call from them because they were offering what I was looking for.

The investment amount was Rs *****. I told them I do not have **k. Can I pay you in EMI?
They agreed to it. I paid them **k.
After * days I was fired from my job and I totally lost it.
I told them that I lost my job and I can't continue with you guys.
Then I asked them to return my **k since I haven't started any of their services.
They directly denied it.
I told them about my current situation but still they denied it.

I told them several times that I lost my job. I don't have any money. Please return my **k because why should I pay **k for nothing ?
