Hare Krishna Sales & Agencies Private Limited - Money is not being returned

Respected Sir,
I am Mahesh Kumar Gupta resident of Leimakhong Bazar, Imphal Manipur. By profession, I’m an army Supplier. Sir, from SHOP NO-****, HARE KRISHNA SALE, ROSHANARA ROAD, DELHI ******, I have ordered Heating Bukhari for army supply by paying advanced Rs *****(Fifty thousand rupees ) on *nd July **** and Remaining Rs ******(one lakh five thousand ) on **th July **** through online transfer. Sir, my complaint is that the owner of the shop (name - PAWAN GUPTA) did not supply the item nor returned my money till date. The whole incident had taken place in Delhi. It has been more than one year that the incident happened and the owner is not ready to give my money. Hence, he breaks the trust and cheated me. It is therefore requested to kindly take necessary legal action against him and please help me for getting my money back with the interest from the shop owner. Please find the bank statement attached to this letter as proof of transferring the money from my account(Mahesh Kumar Gupta) to the owner of the shop.
