Karvy Stock Broking - Money in Trading Account not returned

I have a trading account in Karvy in which I have a total sum of Rs ******. Even after multiple calls and reminders to karvy, they are not crediting the money. As per SEBI norms, money lying in a trading account for * months should be returned back but its been more than a year.
Kindly look into this matter, any help would be greatly appreciated.
