Had applied for loan, got call from Reliance finance, submitted aadhar card, bank details, pan card details, then they said i have pay ****/- processing fee, i asked them also, normally that is deducted from our loan amount, he said we have pay seperately. then after that, i got call from manager, asking for insurance amount, ****/- which i should transfer then only my loan amount will be transferred to my account, i said i cant do that, first transfer the loan amount from that i will pay insurance amount.. now they are not refunding my ****/- also. please .
