Otipy - Money in otipy wallet is stuck and not refunded

When otipy got out of my service area, I asked them to refund my amount and they promised to refund within * months.. It's more than * months now and my Otipy wallet is not refunded till date.
Kindly ask them to refund my amount as promised.
