Wazirx - Money held by Wazirx in escrow Unable to access my own funds

I used Wazirx P*P platform to sell my USDT on **th-**th and **st of May ****, i opened trade and few buyers placed orders. To my disappointment some of them did not pay for it , and marked the transaction as paid, since i did not get money in my bank account i did not release USDT to them, Wazirx disputed the transaction after * hours and asked me to provide Bank Statement as proof that i did not receive payment for these transaction from the buyers, which i did. i provided them with everything they asked me not one time but several times , contacted support through their website several times, still got no results. tried contacting support and wazirx owners through twitter but still no resolution was provided. its been * weeks they did not release my USDT held in their escrow even after providing them screenshots of bank account and bank statement. since last two weeks i do not have access to my own money because of the inefficient service of WazirX. furthermore i was in urgency of money and due to this issue i have faced mental stress. I want WazirX to release all my USDT held by them in their P*P escrow ASAP.
