Travo look - Money has not refunded

I booked an airline ticket on ** August from Trivandrum to Guwahati and they debited the amount also . But after * hour I got a mail that my ticket got cancelled and they will refund the money. But till now ** september I have not received my money . I enquire at bank also , thinking the money might be stuck but bank has no issue . The only problem is with the Travolook Company . Everytime I call them they told me to wait for five more days and now it's already been more than ** days and I'm not getting my miney back.
