KFC Bhubaneswar - Money has been deducted from my account but the order was not delivered yet and refund also not done

I have ordered from kfc at a pincode ****** and paid for the order by upi after payment they didn't show any confirmation or provided me any message regarding the order when I called to the customer care they are saying your order has not been placed if the order has not been placed then why they charge money.and they aren't refunding the money now
