Silicon technology - money harrasment online fraud

On November *rd i was looking for a online part time job and then I got a call from the company .
This job on the same day a lady called me and asked are u ready to do part time job.
They offered me to type **** forms in **days and each form they will pay ** per form
They told that i can earn *****rs in ** days.
The lady asked me to give the aadhaar card, alternate no., email id.
When I gave this she sent me a mail to sign the agreement and I signed it.
The agreement had the rules that if I am not able to type the **** forms in **days I have to pay the compensation of ****or they will file the FIR on me on the court. I started my work but during the time on saving the data my work is not saving nd showing there is an issue in the server i have tried for */* day but still shows the same. So i told them that i am quitting my job because if this happens daily I can complete my work.. Recently I got a call from them that they filed a complaint against me and asking to pay penalty worth ***** since the agreement shows the same I payed them the money later there are demanding to pay ***** to cancel my agreement i didn't pay them there are threatening me that they will reopen the case again.. And send hardcopy to my address since my parents have no idea about this.. I am a bit worried .. Please kindly inform me do that company really sends hardcopy to home even after paying the penalty
Note: I have received my NOC letter from them do i need to worry still
