On ** September **** I made a transaction using future Pay wallet the money is debited from my bank account but not credited in my future Pay wallet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

My future pay wallet money has not been refunded and now the app is not working too
I have loaded **** RS on future pay wallet but now it is not showing any amount and also I'm not getting any email update on this issue. I need my money back to my account.
I have a wallet balance of ****/- in future pay wallet, which I am unable to receive as futurepay wallet app is not accessible and customer care service also unavailable.
I have put money in wallet and not able to use that after Big Bazzar closure
