New Balance India - Money got deducted but showing payment failed

Hi,
I purchased new balance men’s *** shoes. First it was supposed to be of INR **** including shipping but they deducted **** stating in the email I received that the change in amount is because of change in foreign exchange rate. Also, the website is saying payment failed but the money got deducted. I received email from auto*@vmcustomer.com that the payment has been received and gave me the order number ****************** and payment number VK**************** but till now not received any confirmation on the website about my order as it is still showing payment failed. Please help
