Airtel and paytm - Money got debited but the transaction failed

Dear team
Today I made transaction from airtel app for payment of gas
My payment of Rs. *** to HP gas failed as I used your gateway for payment. Txn ID ************ money debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account. I already contacted my bank and airtel for the same and they told me to contact APBLUTIL.
Plz refund my money urgently.
