Mantra and mobiquick - Money got debited but order didn t get placed

I placed a order on mantra on ** dec **** and paid through mobiquick and it shows payment successful but my order didn't get placed so I checked mantra site and asked for help it shows refund on * to ** working days till date I have not received my refund and the customer care people are not helping me solve my problem both mantra and mobiquick so please help me get my refund back.
