Instagram - Money given but product not received

I recently came in contact with an Instagram seller named as @shoestores*** , he is a shoe seller , and ordered two shoes from him and now that he has taken money from me he is not giving any updates on order and abusing me and now ultimately has blocked me. I even have payment proof, but He is harrassing his customers both mentally and financially he even gave his fraud phone number as [Name] Shoestore***
[Phone] ********** and his phone is also not reachable may god give punishment to him for his bad karma.
