Shree shaam telecom madurai jumbo mobiles - Money fraudulence

Ordered an iPhone ** pro max ***gb with them on November ** at *:**pm for *****/- (*****/- was for phone and ***/- for delivery) and i was told that my phone will be delivered in * to * days. They went unresponsive after that. My last proper conversation with them was on **rd November, Sunday after which they again stopped responding. I kept on texting and calling them and they finally reverted back on **th November, Tuesday saying that my order is dispatched (without my knowledge) and that my order will be delivered day after tomorrow on **th November, Thursday. I've called them multiple times, sent multiple texts, they have responded to nothing. They've been posting stories online and have also blocked me on instagram. I'm a school going student and I've been saving every single penny I could to buy a phone. All of my money and my savings are now gone. I'm very clueless, please help me.
