Spectra Data Services - Money fraud

There was a work from home scheme from CV makers that you have to complete a minimum of *** resumes and maximum *** resumes in a week and if the accuracy is more than **% then you're eligible to get a payment from them. I've completed *** resumes in * week and submitted my work on **th September. On *nd October I got a call from +************(Name - Roshan) and he claimed to be from CV makers. He told that the work which I've done is not fulfilling **% criteria and I've done some mistakes in the resume. Then he told me a scheme that if I pay them at Rs * per resume then they would themselves be checking all the resumes which I've submitted and then generate a final report and they were giving a guarantee of fulfilling **% criteria so that I'll be eligible for a payment. I've also checked with the on-call support of CV makers and checked whether those guys are fraud or not but they said that these are genuine people and I can give them the payment. I have all the call recordings with me. So I paid them Rs **** (Rs * per resume for *** resumes) and they promised that the work will be done by *rd October *pm and final report will be generated on *th October for sure. On *rd Oct I called that Roshan but he told me that it is taking some time and the work will be completed by *pm. Then at *pm I again called but he was not replying to my calls or my messages. For *-* days he didn't pickup my calls or return my messages. On *th October he picked my call in the morning and said that he was facing some family issues but now as he is in office my work will be completed in next day. Next day again I called and he told that it will take * more day. After that he stopped picking my calls or returning my messages. Once in a blue moon he picksup but he tells that he is on the way to office and will call back in ** minutes but never calls back. Now *-* days back he called me that my work has been cancelled as now the rate is Rs ** per resume and I need to pay another Rs **** to them to complete my *** resumes. I demanded a refund as I was frustrated but after that he is again not picking up calls or returning any of my messages. I have the screenshot of the **** which I paid to them. In truecaller and in other phonepe ids it is mentioned as Spectra data services so I'm sure these guys are from them as Spectra data services are associate company of CV makers.

Please help me get my **** back and it will be a favor to other people too from whom they have taken money by fraud. These guys are thiefs and should be put behind the bars.
