I would like to register against company "Genail Exploring Pvt Ltd" for Money Fraud and Mental Harassment. Office address: ***, *th floor, East Court, near Phoenix mall, Viman Nagar, Pune-******.
I took a membership for Hotel booking, Health Club facility, Shopping Voucher every month (Rs. ****), Event Pass, Summer camp Pass and many more from company "Genail Exploring Pvt Ltd" on **-May-****.
I done total payment of Rs **,*** through a Debit Card and select EMI option. As per membership, we request shopping vouchers (Rs. ****) but we didn't receive any shopping voucher from company. We request them to refund EMI Interest Rs **** but till now we didn't receive any amount. When I visit their office for my services so their employees misbehaved with me and my wife, shouting on me, threatrning us and not ready to refund any amount. Now they refuse to give any service and not agree to return my money.
Other members also paid * lack and more than * lack for this membership and they also facing same issue with company "Genail Exploring Pvt Ltd".
