Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) - Money fraud against property

My father was allotted with the edblues flat in sector * Lotus City Kurukshetra and he was said that you would have to submit *.* lakh and remaining *.* lakh will be given under Pradhan mantri awas Yojana scheme but now they says that Pradhan mantri awas Yojana has been closed and now you would have to pay * lakh ***** rupees we don't have that much money. We were shown a dream of a house and money was taken from US and now when we had deposited the money by taking loan from someone we don't have anything neither our money neither flat and we are just playing interest for that money day by day we have paid that money through check to the HUDA authority. We don't want anything we will remain as it is for the whole life just return our hard earned money back.
