issuance of TCS certificate and remittance invoice - Money exchanger not issuing TCS certificate and money remittance invoice

Dear Voxya team,
I have made some remittance in the year of **** to my daughter who is studying in the USA. I had made the remittance through Orient Exchange based in Bangalore. Their website address is: https://www.orientexchange.in/forex-exchange-bangalore
However, after the remittance, I have been following up with them to collect the TCS certificate so that I can claim the TCS in my income tax filing. However, due to some reason best known to them, they are evading providing me with the TCS certificates even after following up with them over calls, and also through emails. Not sure, why are they harassing me. Because of this issue, I could not claim my TCS returns while filling my income tax last time. Not sure if I can claim the same next year. Kindly help me get the TCS certificate and remittance invoice so that I can have it for my record and as well as I can use it to claim the TCS amount.
