Parimatch Failed Deposit - *** INR Deducted via Paytm, No Credit or Refund Despite "Resolved" Ticket
I deposited ₹*** to my Parimatch account using Paytm on [exact date/time April **, ****, *:** PM IST .The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account but it never reflected in my Parimatch wallet
I immediately raised a support ticket with full details—screenshot of Paytm payment, bank deduction proof, UTR, and timestamps. After multiple follow-ups, they marked it "Resolved" without crediting my account or refunding to my bank/Paytm. No transaction ID provided, no explanation.
This is fraudulent—I've lost my money with no resolution. Parimatch support is unresponsive.
Please escalate urgently.
