Olymp Trade - Money deposited but not adding in olymp wallet

Please note i deposited *** dollars in my account in **st August. With the request no of **********.

But i only got deposited only **.** dollars in my account. And the request no of *** dollars also missing from transaction.

Have done live chat in olymp but only response i am getting is it is already forwarded to concerned departmet.
It's already been ** days but i am getting no response from their side.
All i am getting is ticket is raised and waiting for * days Max like this already it's been * tickets and ** days and no response their waiting time is only increasing.
I have deposited my hard earned money and they are also not giving me my money.
