Rahul Pandbhare filed complaint against Parimatch india on Mar 7, 2025
I have deposited three transactions ****rs ,****rs and ****rs which is debited from my account but not credited back or in parimatch wallet.
After connecting with customer service in parimatch they asked for Reciept. But payment done from mobile banking app which is getting back on payment page within seconds so unable to take screenshots.
Which is reflecting in bank statement.
Same some transaction done on that day with same merchant are reflected in parimatch but this transaction are missing.
I have raised request in my Bank about this but transaction was successful from my end so Benifiecery needs to do reversal from there and they have declined this Requests.
Please help what can I do.
