I have a problem with my Paytm merchant account. On *th June, Rs. **** was deducted from my account as a chargeback fee. Paytm customer care told me that I did not provide good service to the customer, but I have already sent the bill of Rs. **** to merchent.documents@paytm.com as proof of service. I have called Paytm many times but they always say that their team will contact me in ** to ** hours. please help me to get my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
