sherechat - money deduction just because of misleading ads

I am filing a complaint against Moj platform for misleading subscription practices and unauthorized deduction of money.
On the first day, I was shown an offer to enroll in a subscription for just ₹*. Based on this information, ₹* was deducted from my account.
There was no clear disclosure, warning, or consent that a higher amount would be charged later.
However, on the very next day, ₹*** was automatically deducted from my account without my informed approval.
This method of charging ₹* initially and later deducting ₹*** is misleading and deceptive, creating misunderstanding for consumers.
I contacted the grievance officer multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they gave generic replies and finally closed the complaint without refunding the amount.
This is a clear case of:
• Misleading pricing
• Unfair trade practice
• Deficiency of service
which violates the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
I request:
Immediate cancellation of the subscription
Full refund of ₹***
I am attaching transaction proofs and screenshots of the misleading offer and grievance replies.
Kindly take necessary action against the company and help me get my refund.
