Rakhsa Tpa - Money deducted without any prior intimation

I had my Tonsil operation on **th December ****, I had paid advance money to the doctor on **th December **** for my next day surgery. I had submitted the original receipt copy to insurance company also. At first, they have not raised this issue, but when my claim was passed for reimbursement they have deducted Rs ***** amount unnecessarily.
