So I first ordered a book and paid via upi then it deducted the money but order was not placed. Then I put an order again, this time cod then when order arrived i paid the cod but I still have not got the refund from upi payment. And the app is so bad the interface. I wanna talk to a real person on Snapdeal not some AI bot that you provide in name of customer care
