I was trying to deposit INR **** in Parimatch account. The money was deducted from my account. I have all the proof and details along with the bank statement. However, the money was not credited to Parimatch account and this has been more than * weeks- there is no one looking into my ticket and questioning stupid question. I have shared all the details- asked by them and since then- there is no response or progress on the open ticket#********
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
