Agoda Com - Money deducted from my account and no booking confirmation

while booking a deluxe room at hotel Royal orchid central pune i used my debit card after completeing the payment process the amount was deducted frm my account n i did not get any booking confirmation n it redirected me to the booking page n it was written we are unable to take your booking. But the amount of Rs. **** was deducted. please refund me the amount.
