An amount of **,*** was deducted from my bank but I didn't did that plus that money is being shown in my bank account as it being deducted by mobikwik but when I check at the mobikwik help that amount is not being reflected as added there. I have lodged a complaint in my bank as well as a mail to mobikwik. Mobikwik is not replying to anything not calls, not mails, their app help is not working. And I have losted a big amount of money. I do not know that will I get this money back or not.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
