Coin dcx - money deducted from account but not added to wallet

money deducted from bank account through upi but it's not added to wallet of coindcx. first I did payment of ****rs then after accepting payment request it deducted but not added in coindcx and in fund transaction list it shows rejected.. then to check if something's wrong I again made minimum required payment of ***rs. still the same results. please resolve this as soon as possible. In the way of investors these technical issues to occur is impossible thing.
