Aatropay - Money deducted from account but not added in astropay

I have deposited * times payment of **** and ***** on *rd June and *th June from my goggle.pay to astropay
They provide me the upi to for transferring the money
I have done that and payment was successful from my side
But they people told me transaction was cancelled and money not came to him
I have already share the payment proofs and bank statement till date
Even I asked him to share the bank statement from your side
