Chhotelal prajapati filed complaint against Phonepe on May 13, 2019
I did a recharge of amount *** to mobile no #######*** in **/**/**** at **.** am. My amount deducted from my Phonepe account but recharge did not do. When I contact customer care about the issue on **/**/**** he told me to take * more days to resolve the issue. Due to which I do not understand why Phonepe did not resolve this issue and how any customer waits *-* days. In Phonepe policy give ** hour time for resolving the issue but there is no response. Please help me.
