Fynd Online Shopping - Money deducted for my order but order is not placed

I placed an order on Fynd app on ** October **** but the order is not placed and my money is deducted from by SBI debit card. When I contacted customer support they gave fake transaction id saying that we have deposited money into your bank account. When I contacted my bank there is no amount deposited in my account with that transaction id. The transaction id made by Fynd app is rfnd_BDW**xQo*M*CXt.
