I booked a flight ticket from travolook, my money got deducted from the credit card but after * hours they message that the ticket got canceled due to "fare expiration".
In the same message they also mentioned that "due to any reason if the ticket is not processed then the payment will not be processed as well", but the amount got processed and now when I am trying to call them, not able to get through.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
