Today I placed and order on Meesho and the amount got debited and the app crashed now I can’t see it on order history, and shamelessly their executives asked me to wait for **-** hrs or to reach out to the vendor, * responsibility from their end, utter bullshit
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I am a meesho supplier. I received wrong products * times (RTO). As per order requested, we sent product to customer but in meantime customer cancelled the order and RTO (courier return) initiated from Messho's sid...
